It's a must for every cycling fan: up to 1,000 indoor cyclists are expected at the 8th FIT FOR FUN Cycling Festival at FIBO in Essen!
FIT FOR FUN and FIBO are bringing top international presenters and first-class bikes by Tomahawk on the stage. Six different classes of pure enjoyment on Saturday 21 April, and four hours of marathon on Sunday 22 April will thrill every indoor cycling enthusiast - and all in the great atmosphere of the Leading International Trade Show for Fitness, Wellness and Health. Admission to the trade show is included in the price.
The new location of the Festival in one of the largest and most modern event facilities of the Essen Exhibition Centre near the South Entrance next to Hall 1 was enthusiastically acclaimed in 2011- therefore this will again be the place for some vigorous pedalling in 2012. Lighting and live DJs playing out for some of the classes will set the right mood for the cyclists, and free refreshments are available in the form of fruit, water and energy bars. On the Festival Saturday, each team (4+1 persons) will be assigned two team bikes set up next to each other. These can then be used by one team for the whole day - during six classes from 10 a.m. to 3:50 p.m., with courses ranging from the beginner to the instructor level. Individual registration is also possible. On Sunday, the four-hour marathon from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is dedicated to the most ambitious cyclists. In this event, individual cyclists with a good level of fitness and experience are invited to take part.
