I joined Reed in 2001 as a Sales Manager and am now a Show Manager. I'm responsible for every aspect of the show, from determining budgets to sales and marketing. My job is a real challenge and it never stops being interesting: I travel a lot and meet all sorts of people. It gives me an insight into different sectors and I'm always learning something new.
I work with an extraordinary team. Everyone works so hard to make our show a success; the level of commitment is phenomenal. That's what I love about Reed - it's a culture that nurtures talent and brings out the best in people.
